1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Veomotion (the 'Service'), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Veomotion provides AI-powered video and image generation tools. We connect you to advanced AI models including Kling V3, Veo 3, PixVerse V6, and Nano Banana through a secure web interface.
3. User Accounts
You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
4. Credits and Payments
The Service operates on a credit-based system. Credits are purchased in advance and consumed when generating content. All purchases are final. Credit balances do not expire unless your account is terminated.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to generate content that is illegal, harmful, abusive, or violates the rights of others. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy.
5a. Strictly Prohibited Content
The following content is STRICTLY prohibited: (1) any imagery, real or generated, depicting minors (anyone under 18) in ANY context — sexual, suggestive, or otherwise — including uploading photos of minors as input; (2) non-consensual intimate imagery (NCII) of any person; (3) deepfakes used for harassment, defamation, fraud, or impersonation; (4) explicit sexual content; (5) graphic violence, gore, or terrorism; (6) hate speech, self-harm content, or illegal material. All prompts and uploads are scanned by automated content safety systems (AI classifiers + image moderation). We log evidence (IP, device fingerprint, file hash, prompt text).
5b. Minors — Two-Strike Policy
Any attempt to generate content involving a minor (person under 18) — whether explicit, suggestive, or even seemingly innocent — is a severe violation of our Terms and of applicable laws. We operate a strict TWO-STRIKE policy: (1) First offense: you will receive a single formal warning, the attempt is logged, and your account is flagged. (2) Second offense: your account is PERMANENTLY TERMINATED without refund, all generated content is deleted, and the incident — including IP address, device fingerprint, email, prompt text, and timestamp — may be reported to law enforcement and child safety authorities including NCMEC (United States), EOKM (Netherlands), and Europol. Upload of imagery depicting minors in a sexual context is zero-tolerance and results in immediate permanent ban on the first occurrence plus mandatory reporting. You acknowledge and accept this policy by using the Service.
6. Intellectual Property
Content you generate using the Service is yours, subject to the applicable AI model provider terms. You grant Veomotion a limited license to display your content in our gallery if you opt in.
7. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind. Veomotion shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify you of material changes via email.
